About Matt

Former newspaper columnist and Air Force vet, Matt holds a MA in political philosophy, teaches at a major university in the southeast, and is steadily chipping away at his PhD. People’s philosopher by night—he applies critical thinking, theories of justice and secular ethics to contemporary political issues, and does his darndest to encourage adults to behave like adults in the public forum.
